"There has been a lot of talk recently about how the arts are dead in San Francisco. The rising influx of tech industry workers, mixed with an out of control housing market, has forced many of San Francisco's residents with a lower income (including many artists and musicians) out of the city. We wrote this song as a tribute to those who are still fighting to make their music or create their art. We have to stand our ground and keep making our art despite all the odds being against us.
To stop making art means we all lose."

And the rent goes up to the point we can barely make it
